Original Artworks:

All paintings displayed are created by Miles Johal with premium oil paints and premium cotton canvas. Each work is one of a kind and the copyright belongs to Miles Johal. No reference images are used for the paintings, so what you are buying is a completely unique scene and creation.

Shipping:

Artworks will aim to ship within 14 days from the United Kingdom, if it is a very busy time or Miles is away from the studio there may be an exception to this, but the customer will be notified of the situation in the rarity that it occurs. Paintings are packaged securely with multiple layers of protection and fragile labels in order to ensure safe transit. Miles will keep you updated with every step of the process after purchase and ensure that you have all the relevant information, including a tracking number. All Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout after you enter your address and vary depending on the size and weight of the canvas and where you are shipping to. UK shipping can take up to 1 week and international up to 2 weeks, but usually they are quicker. For international customers please be aware of any customs charges you may have to bear for importing goods.

Payment:

All works are priced in GBP, if you wish to know the price of a painting in your own currency, please email me at mdjohal@gmail.com. There are a wide selection of payment methods available through the secure online checkout and all sensitive data is handled according to GDPR regulations.

Returns:
A customer has the right to return a painting within 14 days of receiving it. The painting must be packaged precisely how it was delivered in order to ensure its safe transit back to Miles. Provided the painting is received back in saleable condition, a refund for the price of the painting will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and delivery charges incurred upon originally purchasing the painting are non refundable. In the unlikely event that you the customer receive a painting in damaged condition, please bring it to Miles' attention (mdjohal@gmail.com) and provide photos so he can raise it with the delivery company. ​
 

Miles Johal verifies that all paintings are original and unique. Upon purchasing, the collector owns the materials used and the painting itself but Miles reserves the right to retain the copyright.
